Eat Pie

We're Remodeling!

We couldn’t be more excited for 2023! Our bakery is undergoing a remodel; we are expanding our kitchen production space so we can make more pies for you!
We hope to be complete by early spring/late winter.

Along with our remodel...

we are introducing the next chapter of the Colorado Cherry Company; Legacy Pie Co.
Same family, same pies, our new name highlights what’s important about our business — our legacy and of course, pies!

During construction, we will be open Wednesday - Sunday 9am - 5pm (or until sold out) with service from our front window. We are baking from a commissary kitchen and will have a limited menu during the pop that we will constantly update on our social media! We will also have our full espresso machine!
Feel free to call us at 3036356748 to learn more and see what we have left in stock. Stay tuned for our weekly online preorders coming soon!

Our Story

1929It all began at a small fruit stand outside of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Great Grandma Katherine quickly builds a reputation for her pie and cider attracting visitors from all over the midwest. The pies are known for their flaky crust with homemade, honest ingredients.

1950sLehnerts bid farewell to the midwest and set up camp in Loveland, CO, where the region is known for their tart cherries. The Colorado Cherry Company is born and the family continues the tradition of pie and cherry cider.

2021Lehnert family opens shops by Estes Park, making the Cherry Co a go to stop for pie and cider on your way to Rocky Mountain National Park. 4th generation moves to Denver and opens on Tennyson St, March 2021 hoping to share all the goodness from Great Grandma’s recipes.
